Responsibilities
  • Build a customer experience team
  • Manage the daily operations of the customer experience department
  • Create a road map for communication with our customers from the time of sale through the installation of our shower systems
  • Set customer service goals
  • Diffuse escalated customer issues
  • Schedule field service calls
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • Previous experience managing a customer service team is required
  • Must be driven to provide the very best service possible
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Ability to pass a background check
